If you have been wondering why speaker maker Altec Lansing has been relatively quite of late, it's because the company, now a part of Plantronics, has been going through a major rebranding exercise.Well, the results of the rebranding is a number of new and redesigned products.
One of the new product from Altec Lansing is the Moondance Glow speaker system - it's a stylish iPod dock with a full-function remote control.
This cool gadget has all the usual niceties of an Ipod dock, including a radio tuner, an alarm with progressive alert volume, dual alarms, sleep timer and, of course, the snooze function.
What's unusual in the Altec Lansing Moondance Glow is that it has mood lighting built-in and when you play music you can set the device to emit a soft glow from the back.
